Education Mission
Trouser House’s educational programming provides the engaged public with information on contemporary art and urban farming. As an education-centric organization, our programs are founded on four major principles: equal access, promotion of positive physical health, awareness of environmental well-being, and the importance of contemporary art in our everyday lives.
Field Trips and School Tours
Trouser House’s touring program is open to students, community groups, and senior citizens of all ages. Tours are available year-round; the gallery and farm can accommodate up to 20 students per visit.
Trouser House offers group tours where students can learn about and respond to contemporary art and urban farming. Each school-based tour happens in two parts, first with an introductory site visit in the classroom and then a guided tour of Trouser House. Interactive projects can be arranged, with advance notice.
For more information or to arrange a tour, please contact Emily Morrison at nolatrouserhouse@gmail.com.
Off-site events
Trouser House works with local organizations to host farm- and art-based events. Events include, but are not limited to, lectures, artist and curator-led workshops, and panel discussions. To schedule an event, contact Emily Morrison at nolatrouserhouse@gmail.com

I don’t know If I said it already but …Cool site, love the info. I do a lot of research online on a daily basis and for the most part, people lack substance but, I just wanted to make a quick comment to say I’m glad I found your blog. Thanks

Beautiful! I love that you had the kids make lists, what a great and direct way to understand the artist’s intentions. Keep up the good work, Morrison!
